Party Planning Details

Party Package Includes:

• FREE Use of our facilities for two hours
• Service of a trained store associate for approximately one hour during the crafting portion of the party
• Complete crafting supplies for one craft project per child
• Help with set-up of the basic party decorations
• TAKE 10% OFF when you buy your paper goods and decorations from us! (You can bring your own.)
• Clean-up after the party has ended

Requirements for the Party Host:

• One adult “chaperone” must be present for every five children
• Five child minimum. (The maximum number of children that can attend will vary by store)
• Participants must be at least five years old
• Hosts to provide and serve their own food and drinks (No food or drinks will be provided by the store)

Other Information:

• Party must be booked 14 days in advance
• A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required
• The $20.00 deposit will be credited towards the cost of the craft projects that are provided during the party
• An RVSP count should be provided one week in advance of the party to insure that all supplies can be ordered and available
• You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party to set up decorations (Store associate will assist in set-up)
